Below are answers to the questions we hear most from new 1MKT subscribers — how the unlimited request model works, what “one or two requests at a time” actually means, typical turnaround times, and how to pause or cancel your subscription. What types of work can I request?
Anything on our services list: WordPress and Shopify websites, custom plugin and software development, logos and brand identity, landing pages, SEO and AI search optimization, social media graphics, digital ads, email graphics, slide decks, brochures, packaging, signage, video edits, and more. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, just ask — if we can build or design it, it’s covered.
Are revisions included?
Yes — revisions are unlimited and count as part of your subscription, not as separate requests. We’ll revise a deliverable until you’re happy with it. Most revisions are turned around within 1 business day.
How do I submit requests?
Through your dedicated task board. After you subscribe, you get access within hours. Add a card for each request with your brief, brand assets, and any references, and we work through the queue in order. You can reprioritize your queue at any time by reordering cards.
Who actually does the work?
Your requests are handled by the senior team at Virtuoso Design Studio, the Las Vegas agency behind 1MKT, with 15 years of design and development experience. No work is farmed out to anonymous freelancer marketplaces — the same core team handles your brand month after month.
Who owns the work you create?
You do. Every deliverable created for you is made from scratch and is 100% yours upon payment for the billing period, including source files on request. We only retain the reusable tools and code libraries we bring to every project, and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses.
What if I only need help for one month?
That’s fine — there’s no contract and no minimum term. Many subscribers join for a single month to clear a backlog, then pause. Your subscription runs on a 28–31 day cycle, you keep access through the end of any paid period, and you can resume anytime without rejoining a waitlist.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every plan includes unlimited requests within the billing period, payments already made are non-refundable. Instead of a refund policy, we offer flexibility: pause or cancel at any time and you’ll never be charged for another month. If a deliverable misses the mark, we revise it until it’s right.
How fast can we get started?
Same day. Subscribe through the pricing section, and you’ll receive task board access and onboarding instructions within a few hours. Most new subscribers submit their first request on day one and receive their first deliverable within 2 business days.
